Information is used to run the game, protect matches and keep your progress.
Privacy and data
Your match is secret.
So is your data.
We explain clearly what information Traidores uses, why it needs it and how you can control it.
You can delete your account and the data tied to it from inside the app.
We list our use of Firebase, Google Play Games and the website infrastructure.
This policy explains how Bandido Games handles information related to Traidores. The app is intended for people aged 13 or older.
01
Data Traidores processes
We only collect the information needed for your account, your profile and matches to work.
- Account and identity Firebase identifier, email address if you choose to sign up with email, and a link to Google Play Games if you use it. Bandido Games does not receive your Google password.
- Public profile Public number, display name, room name, tagline, avatar, banner and favorite role.
- Game and progress Statistics, local matches, Traidores achievements and the preferences needed to keep your experience.
- Online matches Room, participants, match state, actions, presence, chat messages, removals and the data needed to synchronize and moderate a session.
- Profile photo If you choose to upload a profile photo, it is stored in Firebase Storage and may be shown to other players during matches. It is optional.
- Ads Traidores shows Google AdMob ads between matches. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. You can reset or disable that ID in your Android settings.
- Usage and diagnostics Firebase Analytics records how the app is used, Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports, and Firebase Performance Monitoring measures how fast the app starts and responds, together with installation identifiers and technical device data, to improve the game and fix errors.
- Purchases If you buy something in the in-game store, Google Play processes the payment: Bandido Games does not receive your card or payment details. We store the product you bought, its status (for example, whether it was refunded) and a purchase identifier to unlock your items, restore them and review refunds.
- Reports and moderation If you report another player or send a comment or bug report, we store the content you write and the match data needed to review it.
- Notifications If you turn them on, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging, which assigns an identifier to your installation to send you app notices.
- Other technical data Technical and security information that Firebase, Google Play Games, Google Play or the hosting provider may process to provide their services, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
02
What we use the data for
We use it to create and recover your account, show your profile, synchronize matches, enable Play Games features, keep your progress, maintain security, apply moderation, show ads, measure usage, fix failures, send notifications and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
03
External services
Traidores uses Google services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, Play Games Services, Google Play Billing and Google Play. Before showing ads, the app may ask for your consent through Google's messaging platform (UMP). Those providers may process data under their own policies. The official website is hosted by an infrastructure provider that may keep technical access logs.
04
Who information is shared with
Your display name, number and customization may be shown to other players. Messages and actions in a room are shared with the people taking part, following the game rules. Data is also sent to the providers listed above when needed to operate Traidores or meet legal obligations. The advertising ID and ad interaction data are shared with Google AdMob to show and measure advertising.
05
Retention
Your profile and account are kept for as long as you keep your account. Rooms, chats and online states are operational data and are deleted when the room is cleaned up; they may remain temporarily in backups or technical logs. Data needed for security, fraud prevention, moderation or legal compliance may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary.
Purchase and entitlement records, reports, blocks and comments sent to Bandido Games are not deleted automatically when you delete your account: we keep them to verify refunds, prevent abuse and handle claims. You can ask for them to be deleted by writing to the contact address, and we will do so unless we must keep them for security or a legal obligation.
06
Deletion and your options
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete my account. After verifying your identity, Traidores deletes the Firebase account, the public profile, local data and Traidores' own backup in Play Games.
Achievements, leaderboards and other data managed directly by Google are handled from the Google Play Games settings.
See deletion options →07
Minors
Traidores is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we received data from a person under that age, write to us so we can review and delete it.
08
Security and changes
We apply access controls and reasonable measures to protect information. No system is infallible. If this policy changes, we will update the date and the content of this page.
