Delete your account

Traidores — com.traidores.juego

You can permanently delete your Traidores account and its associated data directly from the game, or start a request by email.

Immediate deletion from the app

  1. Open Traidores and go to Profile.
  2. Find the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Type ELIMINAR (the confirmation word) and verify your identity.

This action is permanent. Once it is completed, the app prevents Play Games from automatically rebuilding the deleted account.

Request from the web

If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address linked to your account. Include your player name, your public number if you remember it, and the subject “Delete Traidores account”. Never send your password.

Bandido Games may ask for additional information only to verify that the account belongs to you. Verified requests are processed within 30 days at most.

What the process deletes

  • The Traidores authentication account.
  • The public profile and its customization.
  • The app's local data.
  • If you do it inside the app, Traidores' own profile and progress backed up in Play Games.

What may be kept

Operational room and chat data may remain temporarily until the room cleanup finishes or the data disappears from backups and technical logs. Records needed for security, moderation, abuse prevention or a legal obligation may be kept for as long as necessary.

In a web request, Bandido Games deletes the data under its control; data stored in your Google account must be managed from Play Games. Achievements and leaderboards managed directly by Google are also not deleted by the Traidores process.
